2. Consulting Services

• Once a project has begun, fees for completed work are non-refundable.

• If you cancel before the start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund (less administrative fees).

• If we fail to deliver agreed services, you may request a refund within 14 days of notice, subject to review.

3. Digital Products

• Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once access is provided, unless the product is proven defective or not as described.

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
